Why do babies keep flipping at every opportunity?

This is something which I wonder. Haha..Ever since Kendrick learnt to flip himself, he does it at every opportunity while lying on the bed or baby cot. Even when he is sleeping, he tends to fidget more in the nights now and at some point, may end up flipping if you don't pat him back to sleep properly. It has certainly been interrupted sleep again for me! The thing is, he still does not know how to flip himself back yet, so after a while, you still have to help him. Hopefully he will learn soon and discover the joy of it! Haha...

Kendrick's 2nd Haircut (4 Jun 2008)

We brought Kendrick for his second haircut before he turned 5 months old. As usual, we went to Dear's aunt's shop and waited for our turn. Mummy had a trim too then it was Kendrick's turn. He was pretty well-behaved until the last bit where he started to make noise. I think he waited too long prior to his hair cut and was getting sleepy! All the aunties who were in the shop were like just sitting there and staring at us. Haha...Anyway, I still can't bear to shave his hair totally. I also can't be certain whether I will eventually do so or not. As for now, given that his hair is still quite ok, not too little not too much, I decided to just keep trimming for Kendrick and hope that it will grow out well....

Kendrick can flip

Just as my last entry noted that Kendrick tried to flip on Friday evening, the rest of the weekend he continued to do so and I witnessed him flipping many times. With each time, Kendrick seems to get better at flipping himself over. At first his arm would get stuck underneath him, but soon he learnt to push himself up to a better position. Haha..well, interesting indeed! Pity his Daddy is not in Singapore to see for himself... so here's some photos I took of Kendrick...
